上海施耐德工业控制有限公司(SSIC)是由法国施耐德电气集团和上海电器股份有限公司共同投资2700万美元，于1996年4月在上海正式组建的一家中法合资公司。其中施耐德电气控股80%, 上海电器控股20%。是目前在中国***被授权生产及销售在世界工控市场占领先地位的Telemecanique D2系列及其附件的厂家.其主要生产驰名世界的TE电器系列有：GV2马达保护开关、D2系列接触器、LR2热继电器、XB2B/XB2E按钮和指示灯系列和OSI传感器产品系列等产品。

　　Schneider Shanghai Industrial Control Co., Ltd.(SSIC) is a Sino-French joint venture company invested by Schneider Electric Group and Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Co., Ltd. (SEAC) in April, 1996. The total investment is $27 million, Schneider Electric accounts for 80%, SEAC 20%. SSIC is the only JV in China, which has been authorized to manufacture Telemecanique D2 series contactors- the worldwide leader of industrial control products and related accessories. SSIC mainly produces the world-famous electrical brand Telemecanique series:
