    美名软件（苏州）有限公司为M&M Software GmbH 在中国的全资子公司，成立于2005年7月，坐落在苏州美丽的金鸡湖畔，国际科技园内。主要从事工业自动化软件的项目和产品开发，并提供相关的技术售后服务。
    M&M Software (Suzhou) GmbH, established in July 2005, is a wholly owned subsidiary of M&M Software GmbH in China. It is conveniently located in Suzhou International Science Park, next to the beautiful Jinji Lake. M&M is dedicated to industrial automation software project and product development, and to provide related technical service.

     2010年底，总公司提出了崭新的公司发展战略，把软件开发重心移至美名软件（苏州）；同时大力开拓亚太市场业务，保证欧美和亚太业务齐头并进。随着近来德国工业4.0，中国制造2025等国家战略的推广，美名软件（苏州）倾力招募众多愿意投身软件行业，推动国内工业自动化发展的人才，同时满足公司业务快速发展的需求。

     M&M Software GmbH introduced a brand new organizational strategy at the end of 2010, to shift more software development to M&M Suzhou. Meanwhile, we have been developing Asian marketing to in parallel with German marketing. With following “German Industry 4.0, Made in China 2025 plan”, we are eager to look for software talents for our growth, and also to enhance the domestic industrial automation in China.
