公司福利
1.公司包吃包住，每周五加餐；住宿环境优美，房间有空调、热水器。
2.员工依法享受国家法定节假日，另外，公司有年假计划，工作满1年以上的员工可享有，最多可享有12天的年假。
3.工龄工资，工作满1年以上的员工享有工龄工资，每增加1工龄年工龄工资相应增加100元，工龄工资最多1000元。
4.年终效益奖，每年3月份与4月份（各发放50%）发放上一年度的年终奖，年终奖的多少与员工个人考核结果挂钩。
